Our Thai Yoga Massage Therapist has completed over 185 hours of training in Northern and Southern-style mat massage, Thai table massage, Acupressure massage, Shiatsu massage, Chinese medicine, Ashiatsu massage, and Ashi -Thai massage.

Thai Yoga Massage also uses Acupressure in the form of compression done along the meridians and shin lines on your body.

Long stretches are included to increase range of motion and flexibility. This type of bodywork stimulates the neurological system by releasing locked up muscles and activating function for quick relief of aches and pains.
